Types of
breast lift:
- Crescent Lift: Cosmetic surgeons use this process if the woman has very less sagging skin. Surgeons make a small incision running halfway on the top half of areola. This can be performed in combination of breast augmentation. This is suitable to correct minimal sagging.
- Donut Lift: This involves a circular incision along the edge of areola. This can be useful for reducing the size of areola as well. The resulting scar traces the edge of the areola.
- Lollipop Lift: This involves two incisions, one along the edge of areola and the other running down vertically from areola to inframammary fold. Thus this procedure allows the surgeon to remove excessive sagging skin and reshape the entire breast in a better way. This is suitable for moderate level of sagging skin.
